Hi! I'm the founder & creator. I have an M.A. in Psychology, I'm a Chopra-certified Meditation Instructor, I've been a massage therapist, psychotherapist & I've worked w/people w/serious mental health issues including addiction. I created Your Self-talk Matters to empower students w/easy to access tools that help students feel better, feel more at ease, & less anxious.
